INFRARED SAUNAS

Why do I recommend infrared saunas to my clients, especially durning comp preps? ...

You will experience deep relaxation while sore muscles are loosened and aching joints are relieved. The process of perspiration helps you excrete toxins including heavy metals like mercury, lead and environmental chemicals. Other benefits include increasing your circulation, purifying your skin, boosting your immune system and speeding up the healing process when your immune system is compromised.

You will also burn some extra calories so without a doubt Infrared saunas can be an important part of any health, detoxification and fat loss program.

What is the difference between infrared and Traditional saunas?

One of the main differences between traditional saunas and infrared saunas is the heat involved while inside the unit. Traditional saunas use higher temperatures which can overwhelm those who are more sensitive to the heat. Infrared saunas use a much milder temperature and because the heat of infrared saunas travels much deeper into the body at a cellular level they can cause a more vigorous perspiration at a lower temperature.

Of course the other benefits to relaxation are reduced cortisol levels which is going to support your results as well.
