What is the difference between infrared and Traditional saunas?
One of the main differences between traditional saunas and infrared saunas is the heat involved while inside the unit. Traditional saunas use higher temperatures which can overwhelm those who are more sensitive to the heat. Infrared saunas use a much milder temperature and because the heat of infrared saunas travels much deeper into the body at a cellular level they can cause a more vigorous perspiration at a lower temperature.
