Healthy Banana Bread

Who doesn't love an easy to make and healthy Banana Bread recipe?
Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/2 cup Switch Nutrition collagen protein powder
2 mashed well ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/2 cup coconut milk or coconut oil
Method:
Get one bowl and mix dry ingredients together.
Mix bananas and eggs with coconut milk.
(Eggs have choline and coconut milk has good oils, both of which feed the brain)
Mix all together and put in loaf tin.

Sprinkle some dark choc chips on top.
Put in the oven and bake for 1 hour on 160 degrees Celsius.
