Who does't love peanut butter? Heres a easy and yummy recipe to enjoy as a treat in your off season or as a refeed in your comp season thats healthy and isn't going to sacrifice your diet.

4 Tbsp Melted Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter

1/4 Cup Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp Organic honey or maple Syrup

1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Scoop Chocolate protein powder ( I like International WPI or Synergy 5)

Stir all ingredients together and pour into a 6 lined cupcake tin or silicon moulds.

Place in freezer for about 15 minutes then enjoy!

Note these do melt quickly so store in fridge.
